cookie time with Grammy and Gramps
sweet Grammy and Hudson

We thought he looked like a cat with those black whiskers.
We went to Spring on Wednesday night. Grammy and Gramps met us with some yummy hamburgers and cookies that were ready to decorate. It was so fun to see them and play for awhile. Thursday I got to attend my old bible study group. That was so refreshing. That night my bible study girls plus Shannon, met me a P.F. Chang's. It was POURING. I mean pouring! If the gathering wasn't for me, I might have stayed home. To my surprise the ladies pulled through and made it to dinner... even Shannon who lives on the other side of town. It was a treat to be with friends at PF Chang's, because I don't get PF Chang in Victoria... and these friends are the best. It became bitter sweet. I love the time with friends but I do have to go back to Victoria which I'm still adjusting to. Friday I joined friends in our traditional Halloween play date. It was fun to see even more friends and spend time with them. Then, I took the boys to the Fathbridge Fall Festival that night. I was a little worn out from the sequence of activities but I took the boys anyway. I'm glad I did. They loved it and did a great job playing and listening to me. Hudson, as Woody from Toy Story, jumped in a jump contraption until I decided to move on. Major ran around in his monkey costume and had a great time. We even ventured to the hot dog line and sat and ate. It was all great. We left from Faithbridge and drove back to Victoria.
