Just so we're all on the same page, these are BEFORE pictures.  We love the floor plan and that sold us, along with the backyard and location.  After pictures will come soon... I think.  It's mostly done.  Backsplash is tomorrow and that about wraps up most of the big projects.  My mom is coming tomorrow so I might actually get to decorate.  We shall see.  Here's to hoping.  I really do like this house.  We are in the process of making it a home.  I'm most thankful for the backyard which is so fun and the boys love it.  After having a pool and then the bungalow without a fence, we're really enjoying the space in the back.  

We have employed most of Victoria as we remodel so my best friends so far are John the painter, Stephen the plumber, Bo and Barb the electricians, and a shout out to Bobby who installed the flooring.  You all may have tainted my view of this town forever.  Bobby shows up at about 11:00 am, daily, and tells me he has to drop his kids off at school.  Come up with a better story, please.
